This warranty will not cover any commercial or professional uses of any Zebec product.

Warranty conditions that apply to Zebec inflatable boats, river rafts and kayaks:
Each new inflatable Zebec product and accessories attached (hereinafter referred to as "product") manufactured by us are to be free of defects in material and craftsmanship.
This warranty will only be effective upon receipt of this warranty registration form complete with all the relevant information filled in below.
A full five-year warranty on seam construction and fabric degradation under normal use. There is a one-year warranty on the floor system chosen and all accessory fittings on the product. Zebec Canada (1999) Inc. reserves the right to inspect a product for normal use. Any signs of neglect or abuse will void this warranty.
This warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear of fabric or wood finishes or damage caused by neglect, lack of maintenance, accident, abnormal operation, racing or competition, commercial services, or use of any accessory or part not manufactured or sold by an authorized Zebec Dealer.
This warranty will not apply to launching, haul out, storage charge, telephone or rental charges, lost time or income, damage to any vehicle or property, death, injury, or loss of any type.
Claims shall be made under this warranty by delivering the product to a certified Zebec dealer. The dealer will inspect the product and do the repairs or arrange for the necessary inspection and repair. If the service is not covered by this warranty as stated in paragraph 4 and 5 the purchaser will pay for labor, material, and any other services that may be associated with that service. Purchaser shall pay for all related transportation costs. Any product or parts shipped by the purchaser for inspection must be shipped with transportation charges prepaid.
This warranty form is the only valid registration and must be on file with Zebec Canada (1999) Inc.
Our obligation under this warranty shall be limited to repairing or replacement of a product or defective part. At our discretion we will repair or replace defects in material or craftsmanship. We reserve the right to improve or change the design of any product without assuming any obligation to modify a product previously manufactured.
All incidental and consequential damages are excluded from this warranty. Implied warranties are not valid.
